Murphy Hot Springs, Three Creek area evacuated due to wildfire

The Idaho State Police (ISP) have issued an alert stating they are assisting Owyhee County and the BLM (Bureau of Land Management) in evacuating the Murphy Hot Springs and Three Creek area in Owyhee County due to the Elk Mountain Fire.

Reports indicate that visibility is extremely low at this time on Three Creek Road due to a fast moving wildfire in the area.

The ISP advises people to stay out of the area at this time.
