Magistrate's Court

Robert Jesse Wade McCusker, 27, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for contempt of court. He was sentenced to five days in jail with five days suspended. McCusker had fines of $75 with $63.50 suspended and he had court costs of $63.50.

Gerard H. Ahern, 36, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for probation violation. He was sentenced to one day jail time and credited with one day.

Ahern pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for hunting, fishing or trapping without a license. He was sentenced to five days jail time with four days suspended and was credited with one day. Ahern had fines of $50 and court costs of $80.

Ahern had a misdemeanor charge for unlawful method of fishing that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Ahern pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for failure to appear for a misdemeanor citation. He had fines of $50.

Kerri A. Hernandez, 25, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for battery. The disposition was withheld.

Hernandez pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for probation violation. She was sentenced to 25 days jail time and credited with three days.

Jeffrey L. Caudill, Jr., 23, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 60 days jail time with 55 days suspended and he was credited with one day. Caudill was placed on probation for 12 months and had his drivers license suspended for 180 days. He had fines of $1,000 with $400 suspended and he had court costs of $122.50.

Cody Warburton, 18, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for probation violation. He was sentenced to three days jail time and credited with one day.

Aristeo G. Marquez, 25, had an amended misdemeanor charge for driving without privileges (second offense) that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Samuel B. Cisners, 21, had a misdemeanor for unlawful entry that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Cisners had an amended misdemeanor charge for disturbing the peace. He had fines of $150 and court costs of $72.50.

Chantal D. Grant, 27, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for driving under the influence. The disposition was detailed in the court report.

Eddie M. Reyes III, 17, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for driving under the influence. He was placed on probation for one year and had his drivers license suspended for 60 days. Reyes had fines of $500 and court costs of $87.50.

Reyes pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for driving without privileges. He was sentenced to 30 days jail time with 28 days suspended and he was credited with one day. Reyes was placed on probation for one year and had his drivers license suspended for 180 days. Reyes had fines of $500 with $500 suspended.

Audra Sue Ragsdale, 30, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for driving under the influence. She was sentenced to five days jail time and credited with one day. Ragsdale was placed on probation for one year and had her drivers license suspended for 180 days.

Terry Anderson, 46, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 90 days jail time with 85 days suspended and he was credited with one day. Anderson was placed on probation for two years and had his drivers license suspended for 180 days. He had fines of $1,000 with $400 suspended and he had court costs of $122.50.

Shana F. Trittin, 22, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. She had fines of $150 and court costs of $122.50.

Trittin pleaded guilty to another misdemeanor for failure to appear for a misdemeanor citation. She had fines of $75.

Salvador Camarillo, 28, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. He had fines of $150 and court costs of $72.50.

Charlee Minon Meister, 21, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for violation of a drivers license or commercial drivers license. She had fines of $300 with $150 suspended and she had court costs of $72.50. Meister was also ordered to pay $1,003 in restitution.

John D. Odenwalt, 27, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. He was sentenced to five days jail time. Odewalt had fines of $250 and court costs of $172.50.

Tristan R. Vilhaner, 20, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for inattentive/careless driving. He was sentenced to four days jail time. Vilhaner had court costs of $72.50.

Danielle L. Isola, 20, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for inattentive/careless driving. She had fines of $150 and court costs of $72.50.

Joshua A. Barajas, 16, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for racing on a public highway. He had fines of $100 and court costs of $72.50.

Michael S. Lopez, 18, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 10 days jail time with 10 days suspended and he was placed on probation for one year. Lopez had fines of $300 with $150 suspended and he had court costs of $132.50.

Rene Ruiz-Robledo, 28, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for an open container of an alcoholic beverage. He was sentenced to 10 days jail time with nine days suspended and he was credited with one day. He had fines of $300 with $150 suspended and he had court costs of $72.50.

Ruiz-Robledo pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for violation of a drivers license or commercial drivers license. He was placed on probation for one year. Ruiz-Robledo had fines of $300 with $150 suspended.

James Laron Edwards, 20, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for inattentive/careless driving. He had fines of $200 and court costs of $72.50.

Joe Ricardo Pena, 25, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for driving under the influence. The disposition was withheld.

Donna K. Ahern, 34, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for vicious dogs. She had fines of $50 and court costs of $72.50.

Christina M. Blackman, 23, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for violation of a drivers license or commercial drivers license. He had fines of $68.50 and court costs of $72.50.

David L. Eckert, 56, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for unlawful method of fishing. He had fines of $100 and court costs of $80.

Kim Marie Mirabile, 47, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for stopping, standing or parking a vehicle on railroad tracks. She had fines of $5 and court costs of $31.50.

Robert Lee Daniels IV, 19, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for inattentive/careless driving. He had fines of $200 and court costs of $72.50.

Andres T. Gonzalez, 18, had a misdemeanor charge for violation of a drivers license or commercial drivers license that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Gonzalez pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge for driving without privileges. He was sentenced to two days jail time and credited with one day. He had fines of $250 and court costs of $87.50.

Timothy D. Anderson, 45, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for unlawful method of fishing. He had fines of $100 and court costs of $80.

Robert L. Schmidt, 21, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for failure to give immediate notice of an accident. He had fines of $150 and court costs of $72.50.

Eric J. Beck, 21, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for hunting, fishing, and trapping without a license. He had fines of $26 and court costs of $80.

Kenton J. Chigbrow, 20, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for purchase, consumption, or possession of an alcoholic beverage by a minor. His drivers license was suspended for 30 days. Chigbrow had fines of $150 and court costs of $72.50.

Sean L. Cobos, 18, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge for purchase, consumption, or possession of an alcoholic beverage by a minor. His drivers license was suspended for 30 days. Cobos had fines of $200 and cour costs of $72.50.

Christopher A. Frampton, 25, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for disturbing the peace by fighting. He had fines of $68.50 and court costs of $72.50.

Coty J. Frampton, 22, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for disturbing the peace by fighting. He had fines of $68.50 and court costs of $72.50.

Theresa Maria Guillen, 28, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. She had fines of $68.50 and court costs of $72.50.

Shawn R. Kelley, 18, had a misdemeanor charge for failure to carry license on person or exhibit on request that was dismissed by the court.
