Thomas E. Vallard, age 67, passed away peacefully on July 30, 2019 at home surrounded by his family. He will be remembered by all the stories he told and by the roads he put in throughout Elmore County. Tom is survived by Marlena Vallard and his 3 sons, David, Elliott, and Joe Vallard.
