Noel Robert Newhouse, 75, of Boise, formerly of Glenns Ferry, passed away at his home, on Monday, Feb. 26, 2018, following an illness. Arrangements are under the care of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel, in Mountain Home.

After preliminary hearings on Feb. 2 and 27, in the case of State of Idaho vs. Scott Riggs, the judge has found the State had met the burden of proof. Riggs was bound over to district court for his arraignment on murder 1 charges, set for Mar. 5 at 9 a.m.

Kathleen Mildred “Kay” Lykins, 83, passed away peacefully in Hayden, ID on Feb. 16, 2018, with her family by her side, after a long battle with Parkinson’s and dementia. Kay was the second of four children born to Bob and Bessie (Black) Keith. She was born in Los Angeles, CA, and spent her early childhood years in Glenns Ferry, ID, before moving to Elk Grove, CA, at the age of 11...
