Carl Louis Mancill, age 67 of Mountain Home, passed away at home in Mountain Home. Arrangements are under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel, in Mountain Home.

The former director of the Elmore County Extension Office in Mountain Home was recently honored for his accomplishments in agricultural fields by the National Association of County Agricultural Agents. Ralph W. Groefsema, age 90 of Mountain Home, passed away on Monday, Aug. 29, 2016, at Cedar Crest Care Center in Mountain Home. A memorial service is being planned for mid October. Cremation was under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel, in Mountain Home.

Barney "Buz" Johnson, 85 of Mountain Home, passed away on Aug. 28, 2016, at St. Luke's Elmore. No formal services will be held. Cremation is under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel, in Mountain Home.
