Burton Wayne "Pa" Westphal, age 87, passed away from natural causes early Sunday morning, on March 20, 2016, in his Grand View home, surrounded by family. Burton was born Nov. 20, 1928, in Jones, Mich., to George F. and C. Allene Westphal.
