C. Lyle Powell, 88, of Mountain Home, passed away in a local nursing home on Sunday, Aug. 16, 2009. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, Aug. 21, 2009, at 2:30 p.m. at Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel, burial will follow at Mountain View Cemetery.
