The Mountain Home Arts Council's Spring Coffee House event will be held Friday, May 1, beginning at 7 p.m. at the Mountain Home Public Library, 790 N. 10th East St. For the rest of story see this weeks Home News...

The Visual Arts Committee will hold a special "5 to 95" Spring Art Sale at the Mountain Home Public Library commons area on Friday, May 8, and Saturday, May 9. The sale, to be held in cooperation with the Friends of the Library, will feature all artwork under $100 (from $5 to $95). Fifteen percent of the sales will go to the Friends of the Library to help support library art projects, most of them for children...

Helen Josephine Olson, 91 of Mountain Home, died on Saturday, April 25, 2009 at a local care center. Arrangements are under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel in Mountain Home.
