  • Sounds like you got a very nice doggie there, and will never turn on you...

I get great comfort from my pets. I always had a houseful of kids and when they grew up and left home one by one,I started taking in dogs and cats.

My boys used to tell me I was replacing them with animals. lol ! I could not go through life with out a dog or a cat. I got 3 yorkie's that are getting up in age (11 years) I don't want to see that day come because they will go one and then another and then the last one.

I will still have 2 Chihuahua's and then thats it for us. We are getting to old to take care of all these pets, so when their gone that's it for us...

And for those of you reading this, we live out in the county so we can have that many pets

For sure pets are a wonderful addition to our lives. They are always there for us no matter what. Yes, would be wonderful to be so carefree!

  • I have yet to meet a dog that will not climb onto my husband David's lap. Big or small!!

We will always have dogs, if it were possible we would have more than two.

    I so enjoy your posts.
