HEAR YE.............HEAR YE.........The great bureaucratic team of medical experts in Washington D.C., who know more than the most skilled of surgeons.....the ones who brought us Obamacare...........

These same "successful businessmen" who gave us a trillion-dollar "stimulous" that has produced little return.........

They are now expounding upon their vast expertese in the automotive world, and are pushing hard for Ethanol to be used EVERYWHERE now, and in even greater capacities.

Although it has been proven to destroy seals in carburetors, CORRODE fuel lines and gas tanks, diminish performance AND gas mileage, our sterling team of political experts who are obviously embelished with the wisdom of the ages, are looking out for us once again!

Maybe it's some kind of plan to FORCE people to have to buy these little overpriced new cars, whether we want them or not, or whether we can afford them or not.

It is a threat not only to those of us who drive classic cars...........but to the MILLIONS who still drive older vehicles because they have to live paycheck to paycheck and cannot AFFORD a new one.

Got CARBURETORS on the classic old Harley?........well, I guess that's just TOUGH, ain't it!

Some boat owners have already had to rebuild engines from damage, and replace fuel tanks and lines from it.

(this is the stuff you DON'T hear about in the mainstream media.)..........but you can LOOK IT UP FOR YOURSELF ON SEVERAL DIFERENT WEBSITES........please feel free and take the time to do so......

And not only is this crap BAD for your engine and fuel system, but the manufacture of Ethanol requires huge amounts of CORN products. Think you're paying too much for groceries NOW? Just wait.

The "crystal ball gazers" in Washington are also legislating it into diesel fuel. When the big rigs start dropping fuel mileage, it will cost THEM more to deliver the goods in this country, and who do you suppose is going to "eat" THAT one?.....give ya three guesses, and the first two don't count.

Do ya like to be heard? Make sure to pass this along to folks you know around the country, let the senators and congressmen know they had better be careful how they vote on this (if they're even given a CHANCE to vote on it------here lately, "rules, protacol and constitution" mean nothing anymore anyway).......(we don't "consult" anymore, we just pick up the phone and say "Do it!")

At the same time, Obama says he intends to CUT BACK our importation of oil by a FULL THIRD. Where will our oil come from?-----he's not letting OUR GUYS drill......but he's giving Brazil TWO BILLION of our tax dollars so that THEY CAN!

Oh, that's right......we're aren't going to NEED oil so much....we're gonna use more ETHANOL......yeah, THAT'LL make up for it! And while it's corroding our fuel systems, we'll have to fill up even MORE often because we aren't getting the gas mileage we used to.

Then, when we DO get to the store, we can fork out even MORE for the FOOD that's going to cost more due to higher delivery costs, and the DIMINISHING CORN PRODUCT supplies.

I am addressing THIS half mainly to Republicans. If you're a Democrat, you probably won't get much out of it. Take a break, go fishing or watch TV.

OK, GOP-er's....Everything we've seen in the past two years including THIS, sits squarely on our collective shoulders. It is WE who are chiefly to blame.

When you DO NOT take your primaries seriously, and you let the "other guy" run virtually "un-opposed"........THIS IS THE KIND OF "CHANGE" YOU GET.

In Idaho at least, we are finally CLOSING our primaries to outsiders...........that will help HERE........as long as the REST of the states are on the same page, and we can put a DECENT candidate up in 2012.

Even just twenty years ago, I would never thought it was possible to see the stupidity we're seeing today, almost on a weekly basis. But how can we blame the other side, when WE have just stood by and made it easy for them?

I'm as guilty as anyone else.........I too have "pot-shotted" Obama, but Obama did not elect himself. Our party nominated a RINO to carry our banners, and thusly, he did NOT get the conservative-base support he needed. He ran a poor, lack-luster campaign......the one SOUND decision he made was Sarah Palin, but even THAT wasn't enough to get the job done.

Yell at Obama if you want, but WE let it happen. Our primaries need to be closed in EVERY state where they are not already and we need to select WISELY in 2012. Un-corrupting Washington, and giving this country back to the people, is going to be a grim business, and it won't get done through "charm and personality."

We'll need an actual CONSERVATIVE this next time around. Obama will have full Democratic support no matter HOW bad things might get, and if they can get amnesty for illegals pushed through, he'll have every one of THOSE as well. They'll be taught just enough English to fill in the circle, and will be BUSSED to the polls if need be.

TRUTH BE KNOWN?..........THAT is the reason Holder & Company are pushing so hard against Arizona. That situation has NOTHING TO DO with "profiling Pedro", and giving "Octavio" a job.........that lawsuit is about VOTES, and POTENTIAL VOTES! Janet "Big Sister" Napolitano understands that better than anybody.

NOT to paint with a "broad brush".........not ALL Democrats are "straight ticket" voters. There are SOME who DO put "country ahead of party", but not many. We know that most of the "Ross Perot" votes came from Republicans...........thus giving Clinton the win over Bush Sr in '92. If we have a BUM, we won't just support him ANYWAY, "just because." Bush Senior found that out in 92. John McCain nearly found HIMSELF "recalled" by OUR SIDE in 2001, (you guys who might have been on the streets of Phoenix remember THAT one),and he DIDN'T get the rightside support he expected against Obama in 2008.

We might have to forsake our own principles in 2012 and support WHOEVER it is, just for the good of the country. But we can do a lot better than a John Mcain or a Newt Gingrinch...........we don't need people who have already BEEN a part of this government.

Meanwhile though, it looks like it's gonna be a nice day, so I guess I'll just get out there and enjoy a little of it. I have a V.A. appointment in Boise tomorrow, and It'll feel good, just knowing that there is still some REAL GASOLINE in my car.

Read up on this Ethonal thing. Then contact somebody. THIS NEEDS TO GO AWAY, folks, or be prepared to buy "NEW" whether you want to or not................or air the tires up in your bicycles..........good exercise, but a long way to Boise on one, and not real comfortable in the Elmore County winds or the winters.
