I've lived in Mtn Home since 1989, so that's...hold on...I'm thinking...WOW! Exactly 25 years! Boy, I think I can almost declare myself an Idahoan. But my family is British and I grew up in Louisiana around lots of other Brits so I still think I'm a little bit of a mutt. Those of you who have been around awhile may remember when I used to blog all the time. My opinions weren't very accepted and there was always an issue because I work for the county. That really wasn't fair because I NEVER blog at work! And I am still entitled to my opinions and thoughts about city and county issues, right? However, it stirred a lot of pots and those pots certainly can make a lot of noise! Since I'm a writer, I took what I wrote in my blog seriously so I spent a lot of time researching things which got exhausting to do when you're not even get a paycheck for it. So I stopped. That was a blessing to many! However, to this day, I still have people stop me and ask me why I wasn't blogging and t! hey missed it. I've missed it. Mainly because there are so many issues that come up and I have no voice except around my friends and I'm sure they are tired of it.

More OGP & Martial Law

Let's continue this talk about Operation Garden Plot: The civil disturbance plan 55-2 added that the President could add further troops by calling in the UN, as well. It is called, Partnership for Peace". This puts the US Military under the direct jurisdiction of the UN military forces. That fits with the previous post about the UN and disarming America.

Situations that would allow this operation to be enacted?

Situation #1. If there is a large scale protest that is too large for local authorities to handle, caused by sudden unrest or riots caused by social, political and/or economic unrest. It states that political rallies and marches could suddenly erupt into spontaneous violence. (It need only be rumored that it could happen) I find it very hard to believe that during the massive "tea-party" protesting that occurred recently, that the government gave it little attention or that the White House and Obama had little knowledge that it was occurring as they so tried to make us seem.

Situation #2: Planned acts of violence or civil disobedience arising from the same cause as listed above. It would be a group who plan to do purposeful acts designed to disrupt social order.

This also would be enacted if a violent group infiltrates an otherwise peaceful group and starts unrest to occur. The warnings that are given in these documents state that civil unrest and violence can occur at any time leading to the military being called in to police the people.

I read an interview with a military soldier who talked about the electronic implants that they were transporting to a secure location. These devices would be implanted in detainees like a tag on a dog, enabling the government to keep tabs on anyone. The devices called Radio Frequency ID (RFID) chips were approved by the FDA to be used to store valuable medical information for patients. Yet, as we all know, they had to start with a humane reason to get it approved. Now the government has massive numbers available to be used in immigrants and eventually placed in all citizens. Do you still think that martial law and having our guns taken from us by US soldiers is never going to happen? It already has! Katrina-New Orleans Watch it and see. Then rationalize it away because it was a understandable situation and they had to do that, right? I don't no what it the high heavens you are going on about now bazooka. What and where are your video tapes? And this whole indoctrination ordeal where the kids were singing about Obama was over blown considering the fact that the children were also singing songs about every president of the USA not just Obama.

And if there was some kind of secret police out grabbing people I don't think they would grab me first. I'm not the one speaking crazy talk and conspiracy. I'm thinking that if all this was happening like you say it is then you and your side would be disappeared already. I mean all your anti-government talk surely would put up red flags for "big-brother or big-sister". I'm pretty sure they'd be re-educating you already. Have you even read the book 1984? You are big-brother!!

Wish I could find a real left-wing news paper. All I can find is right-wing fear speak.

I am not going to loose sleep over getting implanted by a tracking device. Do you really think this will be voted on and passed?

As far as the old lady getting pushed to the floor, police brutality happens all the time even in Boise. Is it right NO it is very wrong !

So if it's true we are heading towards a Big Brother Society and we already have somethings in place like camera's in police cars and etc, what can the average citizen living in Mountain Home do about it?

The jokes about animal doctors implanting are so cute. However, I did post an article about the Mexican President implanting people and there are people being implanted with these for medical purposes. There is a trial being done where implants are being used for paying instead of plastic cards or paper money. Also, another concerning using implants in place of passport books. The problem that they are having with it stems from the fact that anyone can scan and get your information so there is a race to see who can make implants that are harder to scan. There is no conspiracy here. It is just the plain fact. I can't help but see this implanting in the hand as too close to "receiving the mark" in order to buy or sell. (Time: 7:12am)

We don't own the media: in fact, your word-smith kim wrote a blog about that subject and one of her links went to a page that proved without a shadow of a doubt that the media is owned by a large majority of conservative types. Somewhere in the realm of 90% of the media is owned and operated by rightists. But you don't want to go back to that blog, it was so long ago that it might strain your psyche looking for it. That and the article linked in kim's blog is fairly long and doesn't contain any conspiracies so it wouldn't interest you.

Fox news does not present anything remotely fair and balanced. Ridiculing and screaming down the opposing view is not fair or balanced in the least. Again your wires are crossed. But that is how the right wins debate, with hysterics, yelling, bullying and ignoring any kind of facts from reality. That and they'll spread a little vicks vapor rub under their eye's so the tears will flow creating false sadness to bend you to their will. You guys love those kind of antic's, so it's hopeless.

And I don't think Dave will write anymore satire, what with all you anti-freedom of speech types wiping his words from the screen because your offended. I hope he writes some more, that guy is hilarious.

And speaking of satire, the article I linked about beck was just that, satire. Which uses the same techniques as beck does to accuse people of something false without any proof. But that probably went right over your heads like the wind through your ears.

Cars? Freedom? How does it even relate, when the things you own, own you? Stop the supply of fuel and you'd be just as shut down as any one else. And they wouldn't even have to use those devilish, satellite, demon rays to shut you down. Oh, almost forgot. Those crazy satellites can send concentrated high frequency microwaves straight to your car battery causing it to explode. How you going to fight that? They can even use them on your brain, making a sort of grey stew in your head and no one would be the wiser.

bazookaman, I've got an F250 SuperDuty with the 7.3L PowerStroke Diesel. I didn't have any trouble with it until I got too close to McConnell AFB one year, and my "cam position sensor" failed while I was driving down the highway. When the cam position sensor failed, the whole truck shut down. I didn't think too much about it until now!

Sorry Dave, this swine flu has got me confused. There are too many different blogs speaking the same craziness and lost track of where each comment was at. I should of taken the flu shot when I had the chance so my brain could be controlled by big brother in a more orderly fashion. Wish big sister would wipe my brain from the screen. Ughhhh,.....

Mr. Dave Thompson, please please never ever stop writing satire. Censored, keep your head in the air and don't let that flu bug drain your witty responses. My world would be so gray without it. Though we may not see some things the same, I think that is great. God made us all to be different and boy, am I glad. I learn and grow. From all opinons, I find something meaningful, even if it just satire that makes me laugh.

I write to think things through and try to understand. I write to pass on ideas and to get others to do the same. Everyone, when you leave comments on my blogs, I respect it and whether I agree or not, I am grateful for the individuality of you all. So keep it coming people! In this mess of a world, we will always have this to reflect on in our old days. I think I will still chuckle about it while I am living in my fortress of solidtude with barb wire fencing, security cameras, electric gates and as a nice touch, I think I will have a 9 ft. deep mote full of pet alligators. Now that's what I call retirement.

Holy crap, have you actually WATCHED the news over the past 9 months? Can you actually tell who is liberal and who is conservative? Pelosi, Reid and their ilk are LIBERALS.
