Chocolate Bread Pudding
Posted Friday, December 26, 2008, at 12:28 PM
1-quart chocolate milk
3-Large eggs
1-Cup sugar
2-TBsp vanilla
2-TBsp cinnamon
1-Cup chocolate chips or any other chips
1-Loaf french bread 2 or 3 days old
Cut bread into small pieces
Add chocolate milk to bread pieces and let set for about an hour, stir once in awhile so the bread all gets soaked with the milk
Add other items and mix completely
Put in a 9 x 13 baking dish
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, 15 minutes. (Note pudding will double in size while baking and return to orginal size once it starts to cool)
Let it cool a bit, dish up amount you want and top with cool whip or whipping cream whipped.
