If they do push fro secession for Alaska maybe you should move there. You seem be be a very bitter and negative person and that is not what we need as we try to build our country back into the great country we once were and strive to be again. Just what rights do you think are going to go away.

Hey you forgot this one from yesterday... thought I'd remind everybody.

One Old Guy said if I retreat like I did here amongst these blogs he hopes the CNP isn't that way. It ain't of course and I'm sure there are ones who would fall into step once the ball got rolling on creating the CNP here in Elmore County. To which I say who the heck cares about Elmore County? I no longer do that's for sure.

The Idaho I left in 2002 is not the Idaho I came back to in 2006. The mood changed , the attitude changed and not for the better.

Heck even in 1971 when my folks finally retired from Hill Air Force Base in Utah and moved back to their newly built house in Hagerman I did not want to go. but hey I was just out of 7th grade, and did not have much of a choice. In time I was able to get friends and things together there but it was like getting a mule to move. Stubborn as well , a mule. But Hagerman got there.

When I blew a tire near Burley moving here to Glenns Ferry, that should have been a sign from above that I paid attention to, and trust me even before that if I could have gotten the first months rent and deposit back from the folks that rented me this place in Glenns Ferry before I ever moved in it I would never have moved in it or here. But I signed a lease for a year, I'm stuck, but as soon as I can, Idaho or at least this part of it can kiss my grits.

Maybe I can get my birth place changed from Jerome Idaho to somewhere Alabama or Georgia, then I wont have to claim Idaho any more at all.

And ya'll can thank, workingbee, Obamaman, OldGuy and IdiotSpotter for me getting out of here. No I'm not leaving because I'm a quitter or spooked, but when one is trying to help a place nd all you get is crap thrown at you who needs it. So I hope Joy, and the Mountain Home News pulls my blogs and all, as I no longer will be a part of this.

I for one am not a hater....... just don't say crap that you aren't or can't back...... I don't care if you have a blog or not...one thing is DON'T Pretend to be someone or something you are not.......... You made a big mistake calling Yankees names............esp. when you are one..... wake up...... keep your stories straight and realize as much as you want to be a southern with stars and bars........ you are not.. you are the same as your neighbor right here in Glenns Ferry or Hagerman....... a Yankee. Don't confess to having dreams about neighbors unless you can accept what people are going to say about it.... same for the hearsey squits......... you want to write a journal about your day without people responding do it with ink and paper, keep it out of the internet.......... remember you don't get anything you didn't ask for when blogging on the internet...............

hahahhaha it is whatever you make it man...... just be real...... tell the truth....don't be someone or something you aren't........ you are from Idaho... from what it sounds...... why think that being from the south is any better.......unless that is all you are is a fantasy....... i would think you are better than some fantasy......... i learned a long time ago that every base my husband took us was going to stink until I got off that base and found out that a whole world was beyond that front gate...... I enjoyed them all and miss them all

Live for today not yesterday........worry about tomorrow when it gets here, chances are it will change anyways........

remember every character you want to be ~ someone is or has been already........ and they will guestion you about it...you will never have to be a quitter..............

amen to the workingbee. AyreWolf if you write your thoughts for all to read then you have to be prepared for any and all critizms. As for trying to blame me for you not wanting to wirte anymore, if you choose to do that then so be it. I beleive the only true negative comment I wrote was when you said yankees had less brains than maggots. Where you based this one, I have no idea. Hainvg lived all over this great country, I can tell you that brains are lacking in many in all parts of the country but that is what makes our country great. Hopefully you get your wish and have the funds to move to a part of the country where you feel more comfortable. Best of luck in your travels.

Not going to quit. As my tears dried just a few ago, from crying over all of this I decided phooey. I am more than this. I may not be Southern born, but my kin folks were. I am also Idaho, and have been for 50 dang years. My legacy , as well as my families legacy goes that we were not quiters. And whether some of ya'll want believe what I carve out here or not there are still quite a few not living to far east and a bit south of Glenns Ferry that can tell you that what I have said in my blogs are more than just true they did happen, including the Hazzard Knytes, including the fact that I owned one of the few cars from the Dukes-of-Hazzard, and a bunch more. Heck Gooding County Sheriff will tell you that not only did I own that car aka General Lee but served 90 days in jail for excessive speed, through Hagerman just showing off for some female. Something to do with teaching me a lesson. The bottom line is, I busted my butt moving here, spent a bunch of money moving here, and I'll be danged if I'm going to let a few bloggers make me move. I fell into that trap in Pocatello, and I'm not being sent out on a rail again because of that. Or some of you all. This is now my town. Now I will tell you that maybe I am a bit thinned skinned that might be due to being bullied allot in school and some other issues that I do not need to tell you about. The other bottom line is that many of some of ya'll did not mind getting your cars, light trucks and such towed under cost due to my kind nature then that is rapidly washing away, nor did many of you all mind getting some of your cars and such repaired by the Hazzard Garage of Hagerman Idaho done at well under other shops cost because we felt we should offer real service but not scalp people for it. When it comes to real military service I signed up for the Marines, but due to a slight malfunction in my health due to another vehicle accident was not let in only because I was truthful about it when I put it on the recruitment papers. But between a Dad who really did serve with Pappy Boyington and the VMF214 as well as a Mom who was Navy I was in between and involved if nothing more than offspring of two who did, I feel I was in the USMC,at least in spirit. As I am now the real deal I am part of what is called the Confederate Marines, and as such well, a Confederate Marine. Part of the Southern Militia. Last but not least, even if I wanted to, I can't move for at least 9 or so months due to my lease, and both my rigs need a bunch of work on them just to make that trip, which is partly why I leased that shop here. Will I keep blogging here? Perhaps, but most of my blogs will be on Blogger, and Zimbio, where I control the comments. And only the faithful of the Hazzard Knytes(Knytes-of-Anarchy) can comment.

Some of you may think I'm partly bonkers as well, maybe a bit, through some emotional trama, but instead of being kind or helpful all you want to do is kick the old Wolf here when its down, sort of.

As far as the dream of the lady that I saw in my dream, its fantasy, as far as she is concerned. My lady friend in Utah is more than real, but ever since the one car accident that put an end to my USMC career, which by the way was called a Medical Discharge, I get these dreams. The term is paranormal visions. Some believe in them others don't but segments of most of them cause states of DeJaVue(hope I spelled that right). We'll see if I'm blogging Monday or not here. You may not like me, you may not agree with me, but you sure read my blog. Now I will say I'm sorry about the blog about maggots. I was pee-owed at some local stupidity and I lashed out but to some of you who are innocent again I'm sorry, there is good and bad, smart and stupid everywhere. I'm just me accept me or don't but I am here for a time and I'm going to keep trying. That is called or what I call anyway Hazzard County Tenacity.

You don't have to be physically southern born to be a true Confederate. You need to be a "Reb" in spirit.

NONE of us can control where we were born, but if you don't trust "Big Brother" and have had enough of the bureaucracy. if you think the government is WAY too involved in your private affairs, if you think you are being robbed by a "Federal Reserve" and an IRS that by Constitution, SHOULD NOT EXIST, if you're fed up with the lies of the media, and the selling out of this country........you're as much a Confederate as anyone in Georgia or Tennessee.

It has nothing to do with where you're born.

While I'm at it, he has in the past claimed his father was a 5 star Marine General. The USMC has never had a rank of 5 star General, only the Navy, Army and Air Force have had 5 stars, and only 9 total since its inception in 1944.

His father may have served, but Patrick is either confused (notice how nice I'm being by giving him the benefit of the doubt,) or LYING about his father's rank. There were no Montgomerys on the list of 9, and by him claiming it his is doing a dishonor to his father and all who have served.

Well for one.... why don't you let it go.... you reposted comments to a whole different blog than was there to begin with........

You stated you CHANGED and were only going to write about Southern Cooking and things in Hazzard and then you turn around start reposting the same old crap............

I am glad you have a friend in Bazookaman, but as far I me..... never.... I don't hold anger inside at all. I am an honest person just like your friend Bazookaman.... the only issue you and I have is you go back on your word........ you are not an honest person........

I too call it as I see!!!!!!! My father layed 3 days on foreign soil, declared dead, only to moan when the body crew came to retrieve his body, he lived and was a wonderful father and husband, he served under Patton... I am a military spouse of 24 years. My child is a military spouse......... Beyond the belief of AyreWolf, I am not a liberal, I am very much a conservative, working in an industry (government research) that is mostly college grad liberals.

I don't play games and I don't take being fed crap... if it ain't true I will tell you it ain't.......... If you offend me I will tell you did.......... I wrote about my father and you both disrepect by calling me a sheep...my father gave up the chance of running through a field of flowers with his children for this country..... my father lived in pain from that day forward for his country...As children we didn't understand it..... my uncle pointed it out to us one day that maybe he was in too much pain to play frizbee with us and everything he had given up so that we didn't have to......... he would not let us kids in on the pain right up to the day he died....... he left a legacy in his children, he didn't leave sheep behind.........
