Web Czar , among other issues

Among the many issues that my brain drains this electorial season, I think it might be one of those cabnet jobs of our future President to select and put to work ASAP is a Web Czar. A bonifide supervizor of the web, in the USA. Lets face it, when you or I log onto the Internet, I am told by so many sites that I need a bigger slong, my teeth need fixed and that I have just came into some big money from some Uncle somewhere in Africa, or the immediate area. Yea right? Wouldn't it be great to hae someone policing this cyber highway? Not to diminish the independance of the Web but we do need somebody doing a heavy duty overlook. In essence we need a serious push in IT spening and innovation. However we need someone to stop spam and a current crappy Internet. As well a programmers who have enough brain power to figure out if your a guy or gal. Stay Truckin
