Calling a military aviator a pilot is an insult

  • The term must only bother you. Military pilots refer to themselves as "pilots" every day. Do you have nothing better to gripe about? For a guy with a towing business...you sure are inside a lot. There are much larger things to worry about these days than your version of the "correct" term for a person that is a PILOT. When they call a pilot a cop or refuse engineer...then complain. We have worse to worry about. When do you move again?
