No MIA/POW flags in Glenns Ferry

One area of something good albeit few that is in Pocatello, but with our Governor signing into law authorization for POW/MIA Flags to be flown at both city , state, and even county and federal buildings like the Post Office of Pocky, I noticed that none flew in Glenns Ferry, which I thought was odd. When I asked about that at this weeks city council meeting I was tabled for the next meeting. The question is why? The question would have not taken any longer meeting time wise and could have been answered if you supply the flags we'll fly them. From WWII to Vietnam to even now those who serve in our military despite branch and all do not choose the conflicts we go into battle in. Only that we pledged to serve and we do. For those who have never made it home etc, should we forget them? Some of those just might be sons or even daughters of ours, even sons and/or daughters of folks living in Glenns Ferry. So why not at least honor that service by flying the POW/MIA flag? Let you know how this goes too in two weeks.
