Annabelle Bertha Wortham, 88, of Mountain Home, passed away on Sunday, May 15, 2011, at a local care center.

A viewing will be held on Friday, May 20, from 4-6 p.m. at Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., on Saturday, May 21, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 1150 N. 8th East St., in Mountain Home. Burial will follow at Mountain View Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.

Annabelle was born Dec. 18, 1922, in Cornucopia, Bayfield County, Wisc., to Frank and Clara (Woytcke) Allain.

She married Clarence Wortham, on May 16, 1942, in Hill City, Aitkin County, Minn. They lived in Minnesota until they retired in 1983, when they moved to Mountain Home.

Annabelle is survived by her husband. Clarence. of Mountain Home, her daughters, Annamae and her husband, David Noble, of Mosinee, Wisc., Marie and her husband, Wayne Grimmett, of Columbus, Ind., her son Robert and his wife, Linda Wortham, of Mountain Home, her sister, Dorothy Zobel, of Grand Rapids, Minn., 14 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, on great-great-grandchild and a number of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by both parents, her daughter, Neena Johnsen, and three brothers, Everett, Ken and Cecil.
