Toby C. Bare, 49, of Salt Lake City, formerly of Mountain Home, died June 8, 2008, while visiting his sister in Montana.

Service arrangements were not announced. Cremation was handled by Big Sky Cremations of Helena, Mon.

He was born Oct. 11, 1958, to George and Janice Bare.

He served in the Air Force and was stationed at Mountain Home AFB as an aircraft mechanic. He later worked for the Union Pacific railroad. His last job was working for the Utah Department of Transportation.

He married Jacquelin Mullins, but they were later divorced. He married Susan Bare, but they also were later divorced.

He enjoyed the outdoors and camping and "was a gifted handyman," his family said, adding that "he had a great sense of humor. We'll miss that young man that gave to all with his handyman skills combined with his sense of humor and we'll especially miss his funny imitations."

He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer and Elizabeth; his brothers, Robert and Tim Bare, and his sister, Candice MacDonald, and their families.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
