Patricia A. (Wilson) Elliott, 53, died at her sister's home on Saturday June 28, 2008, after a long battle with cancer.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Pat was born to Ernest and Evelyn Wilson on May 4, 1955, at the Elmore County Medical Center in Mountain Home. Born the fourth of eight children, "Pat was very outgoing and loved by all who came in contact with her," her family said.

Pat lived in places such as: Brownlee, Ore; Bruneau, Idaho; Mountain City and Elko Nev.; Sumpter, S.C.; Huntsville, Ala.; Mountain Home and Kuna.

Pat graduated from Sumpter High School, Sumpter, S,C.. in 1973, and after graduation returned to Mountain Home where she worked at the Deer Creek Lodge and Desert Inn Restaurant.

She met and married Lester Elliott and the couple moved to Huntsville, Ala., with their son, Michael.

After Pat and her son returned to Mountain Home, Pat again worked at the Desert Inn, and was one of the original employees of the Gear Jammer (now Pilot) Truck Stop. Pat also worked at the Stage Stop Truck Stop and for the last five years at the Department of Health and Welfare in Boise.

Pat is survived by: her son, Michael Elliot and Jennifer Schroeder of Phoenix, Ariz.; her grandfather, Rex Kite of Mountain Home; her mother, Evelyn Maybon of Mountain Home; sister-in-law Ida (Bob) Wilson, of St. Anthony, Idaho; brother Leroy Wilson of North Pole, Alaska; sister Lynn (Monte) Larsen of Mountain Home; brother Ed (Sandi) Wilson, Jr; sister Judy (Wayne) Gossett of Mountain Home; sister Sue (Randy) Newman of Las Vegas, Nev.; sister Frances (Brandon) Kief of Phoenix, Ariz.; three grandchildren, 19 nieces and nephews; six great-nieces and nephews, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and extended family.

Pat was preceded in death by her father, Ernest E. Wilson, her stepmother, Patricia A. Wilson, and her oldest brother, Robert E. Wilson.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the American Cancer Society or Bruneau Boosters, Bruneau, Idaho.
