Patricia "Patsy" A. Morris, 59, of Glenns Ferry, died Sunday, Nov. 11, 2007, at her home following an illness.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 16, at the Glenns Ferry VFW Hall. Arrangements are under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel in Mountain Home.

Patsy was born Feb. 26, 1948, in Nampa, to Donald and Patricia Flock. She was schooled in Emmett and graduated from Emmett High School.

After high school, she went BSU to study court stenography. In her early years, she became a homemaker and an Advanced EMT in Glenns Ferry.

Patsy was the librarian at the Glenns Ferry Library for 11 years prior to her illness.

Patsy enjoyed going places, particularly the desert and mountains, with her husband, John. "She took great pleasure in reading, singing and crafts," her family said. "She liked going to Hanson's to visit with friends to work on crossword puzzles."

Patsy is survived by: her husband, John Morris of Glenns Ferry; her son, Jeff Gilmore; her daughter, Beth, and her husband, Neil Kerr, of Hammett; her daughter, Lisa, and her husband, Kirk Paulson, of Napa, Calif.; her brothers, Bill and his wife, Nancy Flock, of Spokane, Wash., and Jim and his wife, Lori Herman, of Emmett; her sisters, Marie and her husband, Scott Warehime, of St. Maries, Ruth Herman and Jean Herman, both of Boise, and Donna and her husband, Bert Lamber,t of Glenns Ferry; her mother and step-father, Pat and Ted Herman of Emmett; her step-mother, Nelda Flock of Glenns Ferry; four grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Don Flock, and a daughter, Lorina Morris.
