Loosli, DeMoura to marry

Jeffrey Scott Loosli and Marcelita Jean DeMoura

Jerry Loosli of Mountain Home and Wanda Clagg of Payette have announced the engagement of their son, Jeffrey Scott Loosli, to Marcelita Jean DeMoura, the daughter of John and Beverly DeMoura of Moscow, Idaho.

Jeffrey is a 2001 graduate of Mountain Home High School and is majoring in history at the University of Idaho.

Marcelita is a graduate of Moscow High School and is majoring in horticultural studies at the University of Idaho. Both are employed by Wal-Mart.

The couple will be married on July 23, at the Unitarian Church in Moscow.
