West teacher earns capital grant

Looking at improving his ability to educate his students, a teacher from West Elementary School received hundreds of dollars in financial support through a state-level foundation.

Travis Willoughby, who marked his fourth year as a teacher at the local school, was one of several instructors across the state that earned grants from the Idaho Capital Educators Federal Credit Union Foundation.
