Alice M. Roles, circa 1921

My great Grandmother, Alice M. Roles moved to Mountain Home from Boise in 1931. With her she brought her much beloved parlor furniture and piano which she had purchased in the 1880's. Unfortunately in 1933, she like many others during the Depression found herself low in funds. As the family story goes she sold the parlor furniture to the "Bankers wife" for $15.00. The set was comprised of a sofa, two arm chairs and several side chairs. Does this story ring familiar with anyone? I would very much like to learn the fate of great Grandmothers parlor set.
