John Duncan

John E. Duncan, 47, of Mountain Home, passed away on Sunday, May 15, 2011, from advanced renal and brain cancer.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, May 21, at the Calvary Chapel, 350 N. Main St., in Mountain Home. Military honors will be provided by the Mountain Home Air Force Base Honor Guard. Arrangements are under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.

John was a USAF veteran who served his country proudly until his retirement in 2002.

John is survived by his wife, Carol, his four children, Heather, Jason, Brandon and Brianna, all of Mountain Home, his parents, John and Vicki Duncan of California, his sisters, Amber Lineberger of California and Kelli Conroy of Arizona, and one grandson.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations in John's name be given to the Mountain States Tumor Institute, Health Foundation, 190 E. Bannock, Boise, ID 83712.
