Jeri was born Feb. 25, 1937, to Lorinda Howard Emery and Asa C. Emery in Twin Falls.

She belonged to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and also had been a volunteer in the Boise LDS Temple. Her early years were spent in and around Twin Falls. She grew up on a ranch on Boyle Creek in the Salmon River Bitterroots in northern Idaho.

She married Lee Myers in 1955 and they had two sons, Richard Eugene and Randy Allen. They worked at Cobalt in the mine and Jeri and Lee also helped her parents in their packing business on the Lower Panther Creek.

Later, she married Mike Loening and together they owned and operated the Salmon Air Taxi, The Twin Peaks Guest Ranch and Loening Air in Boise.

Jeri was an excellent "21" card dealer in Jackpot, Nev., for many years, retiring in 1974.

She then worked at the Mountain Home Air Force Base, retiring in 2000.

She married Garry Harnden and they lived in Mountain Home for many years, later moving to Nampa where she cared for him several years before his death.

After her mother and husband had passed away, she cared for several other older seniors. Her passion was taking care of the elderly and her family.

She bought a motor home and traveled with her sisters to Arizona for the last several years. She loved to spend time with her family and loved to take pictures at every event.

She met and married Ted Seifert last June and lived a while in LaPine, Oreg., and Brenda, Ariz. She passed away at her home in Arizona.

Jeri is survived by: her husband, Ted Seifert; sons Richard (Tamme) Myers of Billings, Mont., and Randy (Cody) Myers of Boise; grandchildren, Richard, Michael, Landon, Jordan and Casey Myers; sisters Leora Maag (Jerry) of

Bagdad, Ariz. and Arline Peterson (DeLynn), of Pocatello; brothers Parley Fox Jr. (Pam) of Pendleton, Ore., Bill Barry (Annamarie) of Escondido, Calif., Albert Emery, Robert Emery (Debbie) and Jerry Emery (Debbie), all of Twin Falls; a special aunt, Della Douglas, of Orange, Calif., and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her Aunt Edna Pollard, great-grand-daughter Kailee Myers, husbands Garry Harnden and Mike Loening, Parley and Lorinda Fox, and brother Lloyd Emery.

She was loved for her fun-loving and quick witted ways. She was a bundle of energy with many loving friends and family enjoying her wonderful hospitality and generosity. Her Christ-like quality to forgive and love will always be remembered. We all love you and will miss you mom.
