Charles Randolph "Randy" Harlan, 49 of Mountain Home, died on June 26, 2009. A private memorial service is planned for family. Cremation was under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.

Randy was born in Paso Robles, California, on October 27, 1959, to Jerry and Marlene Harlan. He graduated from Highland High School in Craigmont, Idaho, in 1977. He spent many years working in the family crop dusting business until he moved to Boise where he worked in landscaping. While in Boise he was married and later divorced. His greatest joys in life were camping and hunting with friends and spending time with his family, especially his niece Danielle and nephews Jason and Jared.

In addition to his parents, Jerry and Marlene Harlan of Mtn. Home, Idaho, he is survived by his sisters Debbie Smith (Brian) of Meridian, Idaho, and Denise Mumm (Marvin) of Kimberly, Idaho.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Craigmont Quick Response or a charity of choice.
