Rosemary Mouser, 69, of Mountain Home, died Aug. 27, 2008, at a Boise hospital with her sister at her side.

A celebration of her life and memories was held at her home on Saturday, Aug. 30, attended by many relatives and freinds.

Rosemary spent 30 years in federal civil service, beginning at Mountain Home AFB and finishing at Anchorage, Alaska.

Upon retiring she returned to the family home in Mountain Home to begin the next phase of her life.

She loved to travel, visiting places as diverse as Israel and Hawaii.

Until her prolonged and debilitating illness, Rosemary was active in the Mountain Home Historical Society, the Rock Club, and the senior citizens.

She especially liked the breakfast club and the members who met once a week at local restaraunts, her family noted, adding that "her quiet demeanor and interest in family will be greatly missed."

Rosemary is survived by: her sister, Janice I. Lidback; brother-in-law Bruce; a nephew, a niece, numerous cousins and extended relatives, and her aunt, Eunice Mouser Edwins of Spokane, who is the last surviving member of the original pioneer Mouser family of Camas Prairie.

She was preceded in death by her father, Clarence (Red) Mouser, and her mother, Dorothy Mouser.
