Pete Enoch, 42

Alvin H. "Pete" Enoch, 42, died Aug. 24 at St. Luke's Hospital in Boise.

Following his wishes, he was cremated. A celebration of his life was held on Aug. 28 at 10 a.m. at the Church of the Nazarene in Mountain Home.

Pete was born Dec. 29, 1961, in Burley, to Leonard and Pauline Enoch.

He moved to Mountain Home with his family two years ago.

He was employed at Eddy's Bakery for 16 years, then in the family business, Valley Building of Wendell, and for the past 1 1/2 years he was employed by Aldaye Construction of Salt Lake City at Mountain Home AFB.

Pete enjoyed fishing, camping, family barbecues and had a "great passion" for playing pool.

He was baptised on April 11 and he and his family had been attending the Church of the Nazarene in Mountain Home.

He is survived by: his wife, Terrie; daughter Kristie, three stepchildren "whom he loved as his own," Brad, Ricky and Janessa; four brothers, Alton, Leonard, Clifford and Melton; two sisters, Grace and Jeanie, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and "too many friends to count."
