Residential Fire Update

The Mountain Home News reported in its Sept 16th edition a story of a fire on September 13th in a local residential area that caused evacuations and heightened fire and support services that evening. It has been heard and commented on the cause of the fire on several different social media and local gatherings as to the “cause” of that fire. What we can report is that the fire is still being investigated by the State Fire Marshall, the MHFD as well as the Mountain Home Police Department as “suspicious”. As more information is released, we will report any updates.
