Downtown Revitalization Weekly Update from City of Mountain Home

Wednesday, September 18, 2019

Thank you for remaining patient as we continue work along Main Street to update the aging infrastructure. Guho and city crews are working hard to ensure they are minimizing any impact to businesses. We wanted to share some updates with you as we delve further into the project.

The Main Street traffic control will remain in place throughout the entirety of the project, however, there will be different work on cross streets that will require temporary closures. Our team of city personnel is doing their best to notify each affected business prior to the utility interruption. It is critical that your employees understand the importance of communication in a business owner/store manager's absence. Please ask all employees to share any information with appropriate management immediately.

Although we are confident in our crews, we are aware that problems may arise. Please know that we will do everything we are capable of to minimize the impact, but if you experience any service interruptions that you were not notified about, please call Taylor or Courtney in the Economic Development Office at 208-587-2173, City Hall at 208-587-2104 or Rich Urquidi at 208-571-2867.
