Pioneer Federal Credit Union breaks ground on administration building

Sunday, September 1, 2019

Pioneer Federal Credit Union held a ground breaking ceremony on Aug. 23 commencing the construction of its 27,000 plus square feet administration building in Mountain Home. The credit union began with humble roots on Mountain Home Air Force Base in a trailer in 1954. Back then they were open five days a week from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. They have now grown to 16 locations and over 50,000 members, they could have built anywhere, but all through the ceremony kept saying they chose Mountain Home because they are dedicated to the community that helped make them what they are today.
