Laura "Frances" Duggan Parrish

Frances passed away on August 20, 2019, at the age of 91, in Salem, Oregon. She was born October 18, 1927, in Berrien County, Georgia, to Noley A. Duggan and Frannie Hopson Duggan, the next-to-youngest of 9 children.

Frances married James E. Parrish in 1947, together until Jim's death in 1993. Frances and Jim lived all over the country with the U.S. Air Force with their children, Dale and Wanda. On Jim's retirement, they returned to Mountain Home to square dance, camp, fish and garden. Frances was married to William Kline in 2008 until his death in 2013. Frances moved to Salem, Oregon, to be close to family.

Frances' strength and humor will be missed by her daughter Wanda (Mike) Goold, granddaughter Andrea (Chris) Maund and grandson Eric (Kari) Goold. A Graveside Service will be held at 10:00AM, on Thursday, August 29, 2019, at Mountain View Cemetery, in Mtn Home. Arrangements are under the care of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.
