Rimrock student receives scholarship

Last week, the Idaho Association of Highway Districts announced the award of a $1,000 college scholarship to a student in Elmore County. The Mountain Home Highway District has presented the $1,000 scholarship award to Mylee Myers.

Myers is currently a Senior at Rimrock High School where she maintains a 3.7 GPA, and will be pursuing her degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Idaho in the fall of 2019. Mylee hopes to use her passion for sports along with her degree in Physical Therapy to make a positive impact on her community by helping those needing physical rehabilitation to gain their strength and confidence back. In addition to her outstanding GPA, Mylee has an incredible record of volunteering within her community. The Idaho Association of Highway Districts is proud to award this scholarship to this amazing young woman.
