Streetwalkers set to begin yearly fundraising campaign

Mountain Home Fire Department puts on what many consider one of the best Independence Day Fireworks Displays in the state. This happens in large part due to the donations of community members through efforts of the Streetwalkers and the MHFD’s Fill the Boot Campaign. Photo from 2018 show.

The Streetwalkers will begin their weekly solicitation of monetary donations for the yearly Fourth of July Fireworks show on March 20.

The group will spend every Wednesday evening from the 20th until July Fourth going door-to-door. The group will go from neighborhood to neighborhood throughout their fundraising season.

The group can only accept cash donations.
