Bruce J. Blonshine

Bruce J. Blonshine, age 57, of Mountain Home, passed away at a Boise hospital on October 28, 2018. The family will be doing an Open House, on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The address is 925 SW Vera Street, in Mtn Home. Cremation is under the care of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.

Bruce left Michigan after high school and quickly grew deep roots in Idaho. Because he enjoyed farming, woodworking, and small engine repair he was the go – to guy when his friends and family needed help. Bruce bred German Shepard’s for over 20 years, but later in life became a cat person.

He truly enjoyed the simple life which included building a house with his wife, watching NASCAR in his shop and being a prankster to his loved ones.

For being a quiet man, he was loud in so many ways and his echo will forever ripple the water of his friends and family.

Bruce is survived by his wife Nannette, daughter Candace (Jerome), son Devin (Tiffany), and his brothers Darryl and Keith Blonshine. He was preceded in death by his parents Lloyd and Signe Blonshine.
