Fire Department Extinguishes Law Enforcement at Guns & Hoses

The Masonic Lodge hosted the Guns & Hoses community event at Optimist Park on Friday, Aug. 24. The softball game was held as a "thank you" to the communities first responders in the both the city and county.

There has been a long history of the Guns & Hoses game in previous years, but the last game played was in the late 90's. There was a lot of excitement between the Police Department, Sheriff's Office, and Fire Department leading up to the event and reportedly quite a bit of smack talk between the organizations.
