WECRD Signs Lease Agreement for Railroad Park

The WECRD began their special board meeting to discuss the terms of the lease agreement for Railroad Park. The agreement has been going back and forth between the recreation district and the city for the last few weeks fine tuning details and dates. The lease made it back to the recreation district where it could be read over one more time before signing.

The district wanted to make certain they would still have the ability to hold events in the park if they wanted to. The lease agreement states the city and the district will cooperate with each other to coordinate future events. The WECRD believed this would be the best possible scenario for the city, the citizens of Mountain Home and Elmore County.
