2018 Air Force Appreciation Day Grand Marshall Announced

What to say about this individual, who has done so much for our Country, let alone our community. This individual served in the U.S. Air Force until their retirement. At which point, I saw an opportunity to become the biggest pest this person has ever seen! This individual unwittingly spent the last 10 years enlisted in the service of the Air Force Appreciation Day Committee.

It started with us just asking for help with setup and prepping the building for the big event, then the second year this individual stepped up and became a hot food runner! By the third year, even while battling his own heath issues, he became yet even more invaluable, when we there him into the "Literal" Fire; the oven room, where temperatures seem to reach that of the surface of the sun!
