Congratulations Rick

Dear Editor,

We want to wish Rick Vallard a hearty congratulations and a huge thank you from all the citizens on his upcoming retirement.

After many years of observing Rick taking care of many properties in our park department, but especially the "pool park" we will truly miss seeing him every Monday and Thursday and in between on other park projects. His care and concern for this park shows in how beautiful this park looks, just like it was his own front yard.

Hopefully the city will find one or two who will be as dedicated to this job as he has been.
