Grand View gets a new diner

Grand View welcomed a new eating establishment on May 3 when a new diner opened its doors. The Snake River Diner is located in the old Grand Owyhee building and is open Tuesday through Saturday. Hours on Tuesday are 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. the rest of the week. The diner specializes in country style cooking; serving items like burgers and chicken fried steak. Owner Tausha Wadel says the diner will feature homemade bread and deserts with daily specials.
