Blue Sage subdivision approved

Thursday, April 26, 2018

On April 18 the Elmore County Planning and Zoning Commission met for a continuation hearing to discuss the proposed Blue Sage Subdivision.

The proposed subdivision will be located on Frontage Road within the City of Mountain Home's area of impact.

Jim Carrie is planning to develop 65 acres into 53 residential lots ranging in size from one to two acres each. There will also be around six common lots used for landscaping.

The subdivision will have a community water system with individual septic systems, both of which have been approved by the Department of Environmental Quality and Central District Health Department respectively.
