WECRD still ironing out issues with Railroad Park and dugouts

The most recent meeting of the Western Elmore County Recreation District once again focused on the use of Railroad Park and the ongoing negotiations on the leasing of the Minor League ball field at East Side Park.

The city of Mountain Home had recently sent over their draft of a lease agreement that had several differences from the one drafted by WECRD attorney Phil Miller.
