Warrant of arrest issued for Elmore County burglar

April 4, 2018 — On March 7, Elmore County deputies responded to a report of commercial burglary in rural Mayfield. Access was gained into an equipment barn through a window the suspect had pried open. Power tools valued well in excess of $1,000 were taken.

The next Tuesday, March 13, deputies and detectives were again dispatched to the Mayfield area for a report of residential burglary. Detectives determined access was gained into the house through a back door. Missing items included a bolt action hunting rifle, power tools and jewelry. The same day, detectives were dispatched to the Prairie area for a report of residential burglary.
