A decision is made on Cat Creek Energy...kind of

The Feb. 9 meeting of the Elmore County Commissioners was a busy one with an update from Central District Health Department in the morning and the continuance of the public hearing for the development agreement between the county and Cat Creek Energy LLC in the afternoon.
