Another successful AFAD passes by

Airmen from Mountain Home Air Force Base were found passing out candy and trinkets during the parade.

From corn shucking to parade floats, this year's Air Force Appreciation Day had fun for the whole family.

AFAD began the evening of Sept. 8 with the annual Fun Run and corn shucking event. City officials and community members gathered for a night of fun, including the new Commander of the 366th Fighter Wing Col. Joseph Kunkel and his family.
