Arts council summer concert series begins this Friday

The Mountain Home Arts Council and Mountain Home Parks and Recreation department will team up as the arts organization launches its 40th season during a concert Friday evening.

Free and open to the public, the concert featuring the Beatles tribute band West Abbey Road A runs from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. that day in Carl Miller Park with vendor booths set to open after 5:30 p.m.

Originally, the Honi Deaton & Dream bluegrass band was scheduled to perform that evening but had to cancel after Deaton was injured in a vehicle accident earlier this week.
