Playing it cool

Looking to beat the heat, children and their parents take the plunge in the city’s outdoor pool in Richard Aguirre Park as they enjoy a day of swimming June 7. People of all ages packed into the pool complex as temperatures in the Mountain Home area reached 103 degrees that day before cooler weather seeped into southern Idaho.
