Twin Falls woman sought following local burglaries

A $200,000 warrant was issued for the arrest of Marissa Dempsey in connection with a series of burglaries across parts of Elmore County.

A Twin Falls woman is being sought by authorities with a number of arrests expected in connection with a series of burglaries across parts of Elmore County.

A $200,000 warrant was issued this week for Marissa Dempsey following an investigation led by the Elmore County Sheriff’s Office regarding break-ins reported in Mountain Home, Hammett, Glenns Ferry and rural Elmore County between March 29 and May 3.

With the assistance of the Boise Police Department, the sheriff's office identified multiple suspects in connection with these crimes, who face felony charges of burglary, grand theft in addition to petit theft. In a press release on Monday, the sheriff's office indicated that arrests were pending.
