During an assembly May 5, two of Mountain Home High School's student athletes signed letters of intent to play on regional college teams.

Surrounded by their parents and coaches, Jacey Carr signed to play with Walla Walla Community College in Washington state while Chris Wright is setting his sights playing sports at Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Mont.

Carr started playing soccer at age four, starting with parks and recreation teams and moving on to the competitive level by the time was nine. Over the next four years, she played with the Mountain Home Soccer Club and eventually moved to the Idaho Rush team in Boise where she played on two different teams at the same time.
