Trial scheduled for local Catholic priest

The parish priest for the Catholic churches in Mountain Home and Glenns Ferry is scheduled to stand trial on charges of sexually assaulting an airman from Mountain Home Air Force Base last July.

During a hearing Jan. 10, Father Victor Jagerstatter waived his right to a preliminary hearing with Judge David Epis binding him over to district court to face the single felony charge.
